I enjoyed a very juicy and plump steak here two nights ago. Had some trouble with a side, but the steak itself was formidably well done! Slicing into the steak was like watching your kid take their first steps! It gushed some of its juices lightly and the knife effortlessly cut the steak apart! The problems began with the Caesar salad. I have never before tasted this much fish in the sauce. It ruined the flavor. It was over salted and had to much texture. The next problem was the "tender" asparagus. They just cut the ends as they saw fit and left some tough ends on, plus, they were stringy. I didn't get it either. I seem to have touched on the bad points a little much, leaving the good stuff till now. I enjoyed a dry red wine with dinner which greatly complimented everything, even the Caesar. The most amazing part of the night was the tropical fruit & sorbet while finishing my wine and enjoying their live band. Not typically what I listen to, but they had a good groove and they were tight. Good band!
