this is very nice restaurant and very clean , every thing there is fresh and nice , very nice people and you get what you want, i was there with my girl friend , we was surprise from what written down by jeff, he went a head of me and my girl friend, he don't realize that he was nasty , the man was working there very nice , he was busy and he asked him to pay 1.1 7 $ he went to cash and he start fightdng with other guy , we understand latter he is just a friend came from Montreal to vist his friend. the guy he went ahead of me first and my girl friend and he start asking for receipt and he raise his voice , the owner gave him the receipt and he said this is not my receipt and raise his voice more and more , the restaurant was busy and there are many kids there ,i am sure they scare , and the owner he told him to leave the restaurant and the guy was raising his voice and threaten the owner and he scare my girl friend we was thinking to leave , then they gave him his money back and he open the door with no moral and he was so bad news for all of us , then every one in the restaurant was laughing and every one apologize to the owner , one gentel man with his wife and his kids told the owner this kind of people doesn't live in this village , he is wagy jagy and i told every one there, i was a head of this guy, we got good food , i think when you plan to go to restaurant , at least if you don't give tip, don't give sh................? specially new restaurant , however it is very good foo d and nice people , fair price , good service ,nice place, fresh food , many choice,i never seen any shawarma place offer there choices and the food is so tasty , i think jeff is not lucky to try it , i advice any one to try it and see the difference , don't forget we try to make our village butter and save.

Upon stumbling here (it's steps off the main street), I stopped in for a quick bite. The man at the counter was very friendly and walked me through the options for my shawarma. When I received it, I was surprised to find it neatly packed but full. Most other shawarmas are a mess. This one had a freshness to with the meat warm and the toppings crisp. I recommend this place if you are in the area. I hope it holds its own in Streetsville since it is a great new choice for shawarmas and similar fare!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went to this place with my Wagjag voucher. Upon presenting it to the person at the cash he looked confused. He asked me if this was for the wrap. I said no it was for the chicken dinner which it clearly stated on the voucher. He again said "the wrap right" and again I corrected him politely and said this was for the dinner. He then proceeded to tell the man making the dinner that it was for a wrap. The man ignored him because he had just messed up the order of the guy in front of him who wanted a wrap but got a dinner and he was trying to correct that mistake.. When he got to me he told me I had to pay $1.30 for the taxes for the dinner. He said it was on the coupon. I said ok cause the guy at the till didn't ask me for any and i walked over and gave the guy at the till $5. At first he had no idea why and I had to inform him the other guy said it was for the tax. The guy then told the till guy it was $1.30 charge. I had to tell the guy at the till what the right change was cause nothing got rung in. He gave me $3.70 change. Then I realized the dinner was only $8.99. The tax should not be $1.30. I informed them of this and the man making the food told me to quit yelling. I laughed because I had not raised my voice and asked for my $1.30 receipt. . He called me cheap and why did I want it. I said since you called me cheap for informing you that you charged too much, I was going to inform WAGJAG of his operation and show them the receipt.. Suddenly he gets out a calculator and says it was a mistake and wanted to refund me the difference. I said forget it...just give me a receipt. He then produced a receipt for $10.16 and threw it at me. I told him I wanted one for $1.30 he had taken from me. He told me he had to do it this way for his accL5V 1H9ountant. Again I laughed and said why didn't you offer me that receipt in the first place. He then told me I had to leave his store. I reminded him I had given him $1.30 He asked for the $3.70 in change which he had given me back and I gave it to him. He then gave me my $5 back. I asked about the voucher and he tossed it at me and said to never come back because I was cheap. I told him he was ripping people off and he had no idea of customer service. He told me again I was cheap and I laughed at him again and walked out. Did I mention there were at least 6 other people there asking me why he called me cheap when HE was taking more money than he should. This place is nothing but a joke. INCREDIBLY BAD SERVICE and BAD OWNERSHIP. If you go there, watch your money!! But you are better off not going there.
