These days, there seems to be a slightly higher emphasis on service, availability and amount rather than quality. Most people like to fill up fast and go, go, go, as seems to be the Canadian way.
Eddie's offered me such a sized up lunch menu that was tasty but most of all, unproportionate to its cost, like buffet style where you get more for less. I loved the food!
My lunch was the Chicken with Vegetable Singapore Noodles. It came with a spring role, the daily soup, and rice which I substituted for fried rice for $1.
Unfortunately for me, driving down here regularly is difficult when your time is limited, but if I am ever craving Chinese again, provided I am in Mississauga, Eddies is where I'm going.
